The Prince of Wales Campus Health Clinic is open for students from any Holland 虎穴视频location, and a nurse practitioner is available by appointment on the Summerside Waterfront Campus on Thursdays from 1 to 4 p.m.

The nurse practitioners are available to see students by appointment for non-emergency medical services such as sexual health counselling and screening, pregnancy testing and support, mental health management, referrals, prescriptions, and assessment of injuries. Students from any Holland 虎穴视频location are welcome to book an appointment. 

Please note that a scheduled appointment is not required for testing of sexually transmitted infection, pregnancy, and urinary tract infection. These tests should be done as soon as possible.

Get your vaccinations at the Holland 虎穴视频Health Clinic. We are booking for flu, covid and meningococcal B  vaccines. You can make an appointment by emailing npclinic@hollandcollege.com, call us at 902-566-9392, or drop by the clinic.

Please bring your health card if you have one and your COVID-19 vaccine record with the dates of your vaccines. The Covid booster can be given 6 months after a previous covid vaccine, or 6 months after having Covid.

About the Meningococcal B Vaccine

The Chief Public Health Office now strongly recommends all post-secondary students get the Meningococcal B Vaccine. This vaccine is not part of routine childhood immunizations and protects against outbreaks of meningitis which have recently occurred in post-secondary populations within Canada. This vaccine is currently being offered for free to post-secondary students in PEI.

  • To arrive at their appointment prepared with their student ID card, health card (if applicable), and medication list.
  • To be engaged and involved in developing their treatment plan and willing to follow it.
