Students will explore policing programs and related careers through a mix of tours, demonstrations and hands-on activities. They will also cover the Sport & Recreation program and research related careers.

This rotation introduces Summerside area students to a variety of Charlottetown-based Holland »¢Ñ¨ÊÓƵprograms at Prince of Wales Campus and the Tourism and Culinary centre. Students learn about these programs through hands-on activities, guest speakers from health and community-related programs and tours. Programs covered vary, but mainly include: Human Services, Child and Youth Care Worker, Early Childhood Care and Education, Practical Nursing, Photography and Videography, Tourism & Travel Management, Marketing & Advertising
The Trades and Technology rotation of the Transitions program allows students to explore various trades programs through hands-on practical sessions, activities and projects that demonstrate the fact that trades people need to know how to use their heads, as well as their hands. Students learn about the importance of critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Programs covered: Aircraft Turbine Technician, Automotive Technology, Carpentry, Construction Electrical, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Electrical Technology, Precision Machinist, Wind Turbine Technician, and Marine Training.
