Job Description

Position Details: Kitchen has 3 Lines in operation • Fish and Salad Line • Hot Line • Pizza and Dessert line Prep required for all lines are part of duties • Lobster cooking and cracking, fish prep, chowder and soup prep, all sauces and dressings, etc. All product is made in-house so opportunity to work in Bakery is available Based on skills and ability students will be taught all lines

Accommodations Available: Own bedroom, Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Washer and Dryer, wifi • Rent will be $250.00 per month + electricity • Shared living space; living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc. • Property will be co-ed • Some yard work will be required—Mowing lawn • 2 Minute walk to work One staff meal for 6+ hour shift will be provided Pay will be every two weeks (Friday) Pay will be in cheque form - Gratuity will be added to cheque
