DURATION: 10 WEEKS (75 HOURS)

The PEI Real Estate Association Pre-Licensing course is mandatory for anyone interested in obtaining a real estate license in »¢Ñ¨ÊÓƵ. The PEIREA Pre-Licensing course curriculum is designed to prepare individuals to enter the real estate profession with an acceptable level of technical working knowledge, competence, and skills. The program utilizes an integrated learning design that incorporates mandatory on campus classes, self-study and online resources. There is considerable reading, as well as homework, during the course.

  • Must have the pre-requisite Real Estate Career Preparation course completed prior to registration for the Pre-Licensing course.
  • Must have certificate of completion from the RECP course
  • Must pay fee in full by cash, cheque, credit card, or debit card to Holland »¢Ñ¨ÊÓƵat time of registration. Please ensure that your transaction threshold is sufficient for the full payment.  
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old 
  • Must have a basic understanding of the English language 
  • Must be a PEI resident

 

Please note, a completed Criminal Record Check will be needed when applying for your license after course completion.
